Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the iTattooAI mobile application (the “Service”) operated by iTattooAI (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Subscription Services

iTattooAI offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

  • Weekly Premium Subscription

    • Duration: 1 week (renews automatically)
    • Price: $5.99 per week
    • Features: All of the following: ‘Unlimited tattoo generation’, ‘Unlimited AR Preview & Save’, ‘Fast processing’, ‘No ads’

  • Yearly Premium Subscription

    • Duration: 1 year (renews automatically)
    • Price: $34.99 per year
    • Features: All of the following: ‘Unlimited tattoo generation’, ‘Unlimited AR Preview & Save’, ‘Fast processing’, ‘No ads’

2.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the term
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

2.3 Price Changes

  • If the subscription price increases, you will be notified and asked to agree to the new price
  • If you do not agree to the price change, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current period

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Going to your iTunes Account Settings
  2. Selecting Subscriptions
  3. Selecting iTattooAI subscription
  4. Tapping “Cancel Subscription”

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iTattooAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Turkey and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of iTattooAI.

5. User Account

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that:

  • You are above the age of 13
  • The information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • You accept responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account

6. Content Usage and Rights

By using the Service and uploading content, you grant us the right to:

  • Store and display your content within the Service
  • Use your content for improving our Service
  • Process your photos and images as necessary for the Service functionality

You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to use it within the scope of our Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
  • To upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • To upload any harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content

8. User Content Guidelines

When using our Service, you agree that any content you upload:

  • Does not violate any intellectual property rights
  • Does not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal material
  • Does not contain malware or harmful code
  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iTattooAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
